1: Next Day Delivery (Order Before 6pm Monday - Thursday) - £6.50
2: Standard Delivery (2-3 working days Monday - Friday) - £4.50 (if you order within the weekend your item will be shipped on the next working day)
3: FREE Next Day Delivery for orders over £60 (Order Before 6pm Monday - Thursday)
4: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Belfast, the Highlands and Islands are excluded from next day service and will be sent on a standard delivery
5: All orders placed after 6pm will be shipped out on the next working day
5A: Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are not working days
5B: If you haven't received your items within the stated time frame please email email@example.com
5C: We can NOT be held responsible for parcels which have been requested by the customer to be left in a safe place or changed to a different address which it was ordered under.
5D: You must report any missing or damaged parcels within 5 days of the expected delivery date by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can start our investigation. If we do not hear from you within the time frame we cannot be held responsible.
6: We put our dedication and time into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) . You must return your items within 14 days of the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you.
6A: When returning items they must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
6B: We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.
6C: If the instructions are unclear, a refund will be processed.
6D: If there is no information inside your parcel we cannot guarantee that your return will be dealt with.
6E If you have not tracked your parcel back to ourselves we cannot accept any liability for it.
6F: In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge.
6G: If you have a faulty item please contact us on email@example.com and we will provide you with a free returns form.
6H: Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.
7: If the item(s) fits the refund criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 21 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from. Sale items are exchange only.
8: We will happily exchange any items within 14 days providing items are returned in saleable condition, unworn in original packaging, with tags intact. Please return the items enclosing your invoice and filling out the relevant information. We will get your exchanged item sent back to you within 7-14 working days of receiving your original item(s).
Late or missing refunds
9: If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.
9A: Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
9B: Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
9C: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
